Bike Hire COVID-19 Procedures

We Ask You, Our Customers:

to arrive at the time agreed, to maximise social distancing
to wash your hands using the hand sanitiser provided before entering our reception centre
to wear face masks on our premises
to contact us and re-arrange your booking if any of your group have a temperature, are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating
please do not visit us if in the last 14 days you have been infected or shown signs of COVID-19, anybody in your household has been infected or shown signs of COVID-19 or if anybody in your household is in the vulnerable or extremely vulnerable categories as defined in the current UK Government advice.

Guest Arrival & Reception:

please only enter the reception centre if no other group is in there, and initially just one member of your group
we will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact, adhering to social distancing regulations
we will answer any questions you may have and issue further instructions for you and your group
waiting areas will be arranged to adhere to social distancing
we ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where possible

we have conducted training to ensure all staff members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
our staff will wear suitable personal protective equipment as required throughout your visit
