We Ask You, Our Customers:

• to arrive at the time agreed and to observe social distancing

• to wash your hands using the hand sanitiser provided before entering our reception centre

• to follow current Government guidelines and legislation on wearing face masks on our premises

• to contact us and re-arrange your booking if any of your group have a temperature, are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating

• please do not visit us if in the last 14 days you have been infected or shown signs of COVID-19, anybody in your household has been infected or shown signs of COVID-19 or if anybody in your household is in the vulnerable or extremely vulnerable categories as defined in the current Government advice.

Our Equipment:

​

• each Segway will be sanitised in between tours

• all helmets will be sanitised between use

Our Staff:

​

• we have conducted training to ensure all staff members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner

• our instructors may wear suitable personal protective equipment as required throughout your visit
