Please note:

Booking enquiries with Itison vouchers can only be made using this online booking enquiry form.

Advance enquiries requesting availability prior to purchase can't be made.

​

Please complete the form with your preferred dates and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

​

Your voucher entitles you to a 30 minute Woodland Tour which runs daily at 10:30 only.  If you want to select another time then you can upgrade to our Forest Tour for an additional £15 per person.  

​

To complete the form you will need your Itison Voucher codes as we need to validate these before getting back to you.

​

Please allow up to 3 days for a reply.

Small print:

• voucher is valid from Monday 18th April 2022 until Friday 30th September 2022, 7 days, 10.30am to 3.30pm (last booking), subject to availability, online bookings only using this form

• no bookings can be accepted between 22nd and 29th August 2022 as the Blair Castle Horse Trails are on 

• advance booking always required. Voucher must be booked by Monday 5th September (we don't want you to miss out!)

• you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking

• duration; Woodland Tour lasts approx. 30 minutes inc. 10-15 minute safety briefing & 15-20 minute Segway tour; Forest Tour approx. 60 minutes inc. 10-15 minute safety briefing & 45-50 minute Segway tour

• multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 6 people per tour

• suitable for ages 12+

• an adult must accompany all children under the age of 16 years

• minimum height 1.2 metres, minimum weight at least 45kg (approx. 7 stone/100lbs) and maximum weight 110kg (approx. 17.5 stone/245lbs)

• you must be able to stand for the duration of the experience without stopping

• not suitable if pregnant or suffering from any heart conditions

• please wear loose comfortable active clothing and bring gloves as you may be asked to wear them in line with government guidelines

• meeting point: Segway Ecosse reception area at the entrance to Blair Castle Caravan Park

• the venue may restrict the number of Itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date

• the beginning and end period of a voucher's validity is always the busiest. We advise itison members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment

• vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival

• voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers
